Flight price price includes:
All pre-payable airport taxes.
Seats allocated at check-in on all flights.

Children
Unfortunately there is no child discount on these flights.

Infants under 2 years at the time of travel and not occupying a seat:
£40 each.
Infants must sit on an adult's lap with the appropriate seat belt provided by the airline cabin crew.

Baggage Allowance
Most charter flights have a maximum allowance of 20kg per person. This does depend upon the airline concerned and the operating aircraft.
Collapsible pushchairs and wheelchairs are excluded from the above allowance.
Infants under the age of 2 years travelling on an adult lap do not have a seperate baggage allowance.

Skis, Snowboards and Boots
Skis, snowboards and boots must be check into the baggage hold, you may not take them into the cabin. Boot bags do count towards your overall weight limit on all flights. On our charter flights you may be able, in addition to your checked baggage, to check one pair of skis or a snowboard for each person in the party. Carriage is however limited on many charter flights. Therefore, a charge of £20 for each snowboard or pair of skis is made. It is essential that you advise us of this at the time of booking. It is possible that ski carriage not pre-booked will be declined by the check-in staff.

In-flight meals
The majority of our flights are short in duration but usually a hot or cold snack will be provided, depending on the time of day and the airline used.

Resort Transfers
If you book a flight with ski-flights.com we can often book you a return transfer to and from a resort (subject to availability). Transfers must be booked at the same time that you book your flights. Transfers cannot be booked within 2 weeks of departure. We are sorry that we are unable to book a transfer unless you have booked the flight with us.

Ticket on Departure:
Bookings made within 14 days of departure will be arranged as a ticket on departure for which an additional charge of £10 per ticket is required.

Making a booking:
We require payment in full at the time of booking. Bookings can only be made by calling us at ski-flights.com (1st Western Air Travel) on 0845 680 1298. We are open 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (closed Bank Holidays).  We are Bonded with ABTA + IATA.

Credit Card Charges:
We do not charge for any UK bank Debit Card transactions.
There is a 2% handling fee for payments by Credit Card or non-UK Debit Card.
We accept Visa (2% fee), Mastercard (2% fee), Switch (no fee), Maestro (no fee), Delta (no fee) and Solo (no fee).
Unfortunately we do not accept American Express, Diners or Electron.

Cancellation Fees:
All charter flights are non refundable after booking.
